What is Gold for Good? Gold for Good is an annual fundraising event for the ACBL Charity Foundation. Individual players are eligible to win gold points based on their results in at least two pair games of 18 boards or more. This applies at the in-person club, online at a Virtual Club, in the ACBL Clubhouse, or even playing in a Sectional or Regional (similar to a Side Series). 

Active ACBL members who have paid the registration fee will be counted. Only the registered participant is required to be an active ACBL member, their partner can be anyone (ACBL member or not), and partner doesn’t have to be registered for the event. 

In these games, an individual competes in at least two pair games; you can play in as many games as you wish that week, but you must play in at least two qualifying games to be included. We’ll take your top two scores and compare them to everyone else who played at least twice that week. You are scored as an individual, so you do not have to play with the same partner each time.
